Welcome to the first addition of our daily rants. It has only recently come to my attention that everyone here at Granite City Designs is too picky and pedantic for their own good. We decided that our previous website design did not meet our expectations, so here we are in May with a brand spanking new design - pretty nice, huh?
We would constantly spam each other's inbox with messages containing ideas and hints for a new design. So we worked around the clock to produce this new design which we hope you will all find appealing and useful. This website took a total of 7 weeks to create.
We would love to have your opinion on our new design as client feedback is essential. Why not drop us a line, or two, maybe even three letting us know what you think?
I have been involved with the Erskine Charity Hospital for many years now as an individual raising funds in the past. The Erskie Hospital cares for ex-service men and women throughout Scotland who have been injured in combat and can no longer care for themselves. This is a charity which I fully respect and have support 100%. It is crutial that we support the men and women who have put their lives on the line for each and everyone of us.
For this reason, I have committed to a donation pledge with the Erskine Hospital. For every website purchased by Granite City Designs £10 will be donated to the Erskine Hospital. This is our way of thanking and supporting the men and women of the Armed Forces.
We were delighted when we received a message from the Scottish National Party asking for us to design and create a new website for their Youth Wing. As you can imagine, it's not everyday the Scottish Government contacts us to create them a website!
We designed a website that we believed would be suitable for the purpose of the site. Alex MacLeod of the SNP Youth was delighted with the design of the project and with the time of the completion as it was prior to their National Conference in Aviemore.
